    A man who was charged Saturday with murdering an Auburn woman heard six new charges against him read Monday in DeKalb Circuit Court. Monday he was charged with arson, a Class B felony, for the blaze he allegedly set in Bush's apartment in an attempt to hide the murder. The other five charges filed against Smith Monday came in two unrelated cases. In one case, Smith was charged with burglary of a dwelling, a Class B felony, theft, a Class D felony, and two counts of harassment, each a Class B misdemeanor. In the other, he was charged with failure to register as a previously convicted sexual offender, a Class D felony.
