Bush for clemency for Tate -- (Sun Sentinel) Attorneys for Lionel Tate filed a request for clemency on Thursday on behalf of the 14-year-old who is one of the youngest people in the nation to have been sentenced as an adult to life in prison. Tate was sentenced to life in prison on March 9 for the beating death of 6-year-old Tiffany Eunick at his Pembroke Park home.
